1. Who we are

This website is operated by NS-E Logistics Solution Ltd, a private company registered in Rwanda (company code 119352125), with its registered office at KG 792 St, Munanira, Rugarama, Nyamirambo, Nyarugenge, Kigali, Rwanda. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NS-E Logistics Solution Ltd.

2. Information we collect

When you use our contact form or quotation request form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• your name, organisation, email address and telephone number;
• details of your request, such as the service required, cargo description, origin, destination and preferred dates;
• any other information you include in your message.

To protect the forms against abuse, we also record a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not store your IP address in readable form.

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tools. If you choose to show the map on the contact page, it is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

• to respond to your inquiry and prepare any quotation you request;
• to arrange and coordinate the services you agree to receive from us;
• to keep records of our communication and of the services provided;
• to protect our website and services against spam and misuse;
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Sharing your information

Our work involves coordinating transporters and other logistics providers. Where needed to provide a service you have agreed to, we share only the details those providers need, such as pickup and delivery information. We also use trusted technology providers to host this website and its database and to send email; they process information on our behalf and under our instructions. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings, and client and service records for as long as required by law and for legitimate business purposes. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect information

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to inquiries, client records and documents is limited to authorised people at the company, and changes to these records are logged.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, including Rwanda’s law on the protection of personal data and privacy, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict its use.
