The availability, scope, responsibilities and price of any service are confirmed only in a written arrangement agreed with you.
Many of the services we coordinate are carried out by independent transporters and other providers. Our role and responsibilities for a particular assignment are those set out in the arrangement agreed with you.
3. Quotation requests and messages
Submitting a contact message or quotation request does not create a booking or a contract. You must provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through the website forms.
